The latest FoodNZ issue just out, contains a summary of highlights of the Futures Forum held by the NZ Food Safety Science & Research Centre in Wellington on 18 November (see pages 34-37). Speakers were asked to identify future risks to food safety, which they came at from different angles: economics, social licence, geopolitics, new technologies, climate, and infectious disease.
