The NZFSSRC science programme has four streams:
A high priority pathogen that concerns all sectors, the Centre is pursuing a strategic programme of work focused on Listeria.
In partnership with MPI and industry, the NZFSSRC is progressing a national Emerging Risk Identification System (ERIS) to identify key emerging food safety risks.
