Management of Food safety risks associated with Listeria spp: Workstream 2

This project, in collaboration with the industry partner, provided an understanding of the origin, entry points and dissemination of Listeria spp. In production environments.

Through this programme, we developed a robust approach to determine the potential sources and entry points of contamination of final products at food production/processing facilities using new technologies and enabling the industry to reach growth targets and maintain market access by ensuring food safety.
