The development of “Best Practice” Guidelines for management of Cronobacter in dairy production and processing environments.

This project will aim to develop of a “Best Practice” Guidelines for the management of Cronobacter in the dairy industry. The final report will include guidance on the harmonization of testing regimes being used in NZ which could support market access, recommendations statistical sampling and identification of future research needed.
