Food safety symposium for industry professionals, Dunedin, Monday 3 July

Wednesday 7 June is World Food Safety Day, as decreed by the World Health Organisation and the Food and Agriculture Organisation. In New Zealand, it is a reminder of all the work that goes on behind the scenes to maintain the high level of trust in the food we produce.
